What kind of things could I before or after a workout that is still healthy but tasty?

Buy some unflavored protein and the smoothie opportunities are endless... I like to mix almond milk, berries and protein with a bit of yogurt...delicious...

Stir-fry chicken and veg or something else with protein or carbs (grilled salmon..etc)
