This is the workout I made after a lot if research
Exercise reps
Bench press. 15-12-9-6-3
Close grip bench. 10-7-5-3
Dumbbell tricep. 10-8-6-4-2
Stiff leg deadlifts. 10-8-6-4-2
Concentration curls 10-8-6-4-2
Barbell curls. 8-5-3
Leg raises. 10-8-6-4-2
Front raises. 10-8-6-4-2
Leg extension. 15-12-9-6
Dumbbell squats. 20-15-10-5

U can whatever wights suit u if like the work out pleas comment it doesnot focus on mach back so u can add anyother back exercise

Great stuff, buddy. However, you really need to add back exercises. People often neglect the muscles that they can't see in the mirror, which will lead to detrimental muscle imbalances further down the road. I would add a good pulling exercise that utilizes the back and biceps before your isolated biceps exercise. I would recommend a bent over reverse grip barbell row. Also, add an overhead press of some sort to hit the middle and front shoulder head

My lower back is hurting so did I hurt my self or is it because that its the first time I did stiff leg deadlifts
