Hi i'm new to this amd i would like to lose some weight but i really need motivation can anyone help!?

Set your seff goals and dream and remember you need to stop dreaming and start making them happen!

Then make a plan of whencyou can workout regularly and decide what workouts you want to docand do them...

You will dream your life away if you give your mind the chance.
