I do ballet and jazz and I want to know what exercices works for me better, for my elasticity tonify my body etc... ^-^~~

Ido portal is a guy who reinvented floreio art. Gymnastics, bodyweight strength and conditioning, mobility, stretching, equilibre all those stuff in a well balanced art so when you practice it you feel you are dancing and not working out.

It will take away all those rigidity in your body and make you more flexible. Once you go over 30 women have problem with bone formation so learn it and enjoy it before 30

Me!  I stopped though,  I've done jazz and on Saturday I'll be graduating in bharatnatyam which is an Indian classical dance!
