Ok so i play a lot of sports i play softball,field hockey(and if anyone doesn't know what it is look it up it is a very aggressive sport), basketball, and track. But im super flabby on my thighs and stomach and arms. I have tried every exercise i can find what do i do!!!!

Thank goodness someone finally understands where I'm coming from!! Have you learned anything that helps you in between seasons??

I usually just cut back on snacks and do little exercises each day. How old are you?
