Hi gals.... I am glad I gotta know this app today....

Desperately need ur help.... am so struck.... am not motivated.... I badly wanna become fit.... but not taking d first step yet.... that is working out .... Help me gals

Make working out one of your morning ritualsIt should be one of the first things you doI hang up a bathing suit on my closet door to motivate me to workout.

I feel like it can sometimes e a challange to get up in the morning and go workout, so if that's not your thing try the opposite ;)

I like to go right after work or school or whenever i'm already out the door. When i'm going sonewhere i'll bring my gym back and go directly to the gum when i'm done.
This always work for three reasons.

1: you are already out the door, so you will save time by going to the gym directly.
2: there are no destractions, so you can't procastonate (sid I say that right? :P)
3: if I don't go I whould have walked around with my back looking like a idiot for no reason XD So I better go!
