Mommy of 8 month old baby. Looking to tone up and build endurance and build a bigger butt :) looking for a trainer and work out buddy and advice. Thanks in advance

I too have an 8 month old and just started working out again (lord knows I need it). Best suggestion I can give you is just jump in. Plan on about 20min a day to working out (I know it's not much but with the Lil one that about all the time I get) and only do what you can to start.

Also not sure how the buddy thing works on here but I'm happy to do it. I work out around 8am mst. But I can work out earlier.

Ok cool. Thank u. And i usually work out around 5:30. Half hour. Then another 30 min. Around 8. So ya :) we could follow each other with our progress. Videos ect. :)
