Hi :) I'm new here! So, I'm 18 brazilian girl. I workout 5 days a week and my only free time to do it is in the morning.
Motivation is everything so I'm looking for a buddy to workout with. My goal right now is to tone my muscle and gain strength (upper body mostly), if wanna reach the same goal or something like that, let me know. Thanks

I'm from Germany and I'm doing my workouts in the evening here. So that should fit just fine, I guess.
