Hey Everyone!
I am just curious on whether anyone has completed the 30-Day Squat Challenge? It can be found all over the Internet, but I first heard of it on Pinterest. If you have completed it, did you notice any results?

Greeaat.. Haha I am going to make the assumption that you have done a lot of squats.. And I have heard that there is a proper way of doing a squat.. So, would you have any idea what this "proper" way is?

For the squat challenge you don't use weight so it's pretty easy to get the form right. Keep your back straight, bend at the knees & point your ass out with your feet planted. You can have your feet at different widths which will give a different burn

You're welcome. Next you should try the 30 day burpee challenge. That's INSANE but great for weight loss & all body toning
