What is the difference between free,pro and pro+? Is it worth upgrading?

In free version you can't have access to pro workouts( btw they are not very great or special..I mean free workouts are pretty amazing so nothing special about pro workouts, just an opinion) and can create limited number of workouts( like 3-5) whereas in pro version you have access to pro workouts and can create unlimited number of workouts according to your strength and requirements(that is the only great thing about it) and in pro+ you also get access to all the programs of workout trainer along with all the features of free and pro version..If you are interested in creating workouts for yourself then you can go for pro and since I don't know about the programs of workout trainer so can't comment whether pro+ is worth having or not..
