I consider myself to be lucky. For the most part, I can work out as normal, however, I have to double up on sports bras to do it. Some days doing jogging or plyo or anything high impact is just not gonna happen. I either take a break ot find somethint to do thay doesn't hurt.

Keep working out. The more consistent you are with working out, it can actually help your cramps over time :) I've suffered with polycystic ovarian disease since I was 13 and exercising has always worked. In the years after high school sports when I wasn't exercising, I found the pain to be unbearable. Good luck and keep up the good work!

I recomend working out reguraly. Then before the time work out lots. During the time do mild things.

Working out can actually help cramps and fights fatigue by getting your adrenaline pumping. I know some days you just feel terrible, but just think of how good you're going to feel when you finish your workout! :)

Just had my cycle this last week and I discovered cardio really helped me feel better! Not at first but later on also I don't exercise wearing tampons because i find that too painful. With a lot of water, a pad, and some sprints you should feel relief from typical period pains.
