No. Maybe this is Linked to your hormones. I feel a pain like you feel only during the ovulatory days. During those days I have pain that is stronger if I train.

I don't know. If the pain continues, go see a doctor. I think it's the best thing. Sometimes we feel pain beacuse we don't do the exercise properly.
Are you sure it's your ovaries? And are you ovulating now? I can get really sharp pains when I'm ovulating but they come and go so it doesn't happen every time. I feel my period cramps have gotten a bit worse since I started working out. It can have all kinds of impacts on your body.
