Does any of you felt the ovaries pain while lying down flat for some time after the exercises?

No. Maybe this is Linked to your hormones. I feel a pain like you feel only during the ovulatory days. During those days I have pain that is stronger if I train.

(Sorry for the bad english, I'm italian)

On these days i have pain in my back only, I never had pain like this untill I start workouts 2 weeks ago, this is my 3rd one. I'm from Poland so it's okay with me :)

I don't know. If the pain continues, go see a doctor. I think it's the best thing. Sometimes we feel pain beacuse we don't do the exercise properly.

Are you sure it's your ovaries? And are you ovulating now? I can get really sharp pains when I'm ovulating but they come and go so it doesn't happen every time. I feel my period cramps have gotten a bit worse since I started working out. It can have all kinds of impacts on your body.

No I'm not now. I'm not sure if it is ovaries, but it pain like this and in the same place, maybe tomorrow will be better : )

Just make sure to check it up if it continues! It can be endometriosis or a cyst or something nasty like that. Take care!
