This is my 3rd day doing the workouts on this app. I had a baby awhile back and went right back to my normal size but in the past month I started gaining a lot of weight. Ive been trying to do the yoga in the morning, the other exercises in the afternoon, and walking in the evening. I've always been the type that looses motivation quick. I have a bulged disc and been told exercising is the best thing for it but I started wondering lately if a person can overdue the exercising.
