This is my 3rd day doing the workouts on this app. I had a baby awhile back and went right back to my normal size but in the past month I started gaining a lot of weight. Ive been trying to do the yoga in the morning, the other exercises in the afternoon, and walking in the evening. I've always been the type that looses motivation quick. I have a bulged disc and been told exercising is the best thing for it but I started wondering lately if a person can overdue the exercising.

Hello! I'm new to this too. Today was my third day on this. Going from not really doing much to exercising 4 days a week. I'm trying to ease myself into it so I don't overdo it and risk injury.

The pain specialist told me to do yoga for my back but I wanted to do more and try to get weight off. I went from being 125 to 155. My back and knee started hurting and really discouraged me but since I've been doing the yoga the first day I could tell the difference in the back pain

I love yoga! It's not as aggressive as regular workouts.
