I'm looking for excersices that help with my belly area to tighten my core muscles that have a baby stretch out

Nutrition. Nutrition nutrition nutrition.
All the ab workouts in the world won't really give you the results you want without proper nutrition. And genetics. But mostly nutrition.
And maybe this *JackD* The Cheese Grater. Or possibly this one WEIGHTING FOR ABS-Two *Sk

Hey D.J Im a mom too I have 4 months old twins..the thing is that I dont feel like I have lot of fat in my tummy, seems to be more like loose skin...Can a workout help me with that??

I just posted about that!! 8wks after baby 2 and i am ready to loose weight and get abs!!
My problem is that i gain weight only in the down parts: stomach,  butt and thighs.
I can not do any extreme diets because I am breastfeeding though :(
Help help
