Trying to lose weight and go back to 135 while also losing my lower belly fat ,any suggestions, tips or workouts that would help

Do cardio.treadmill walking.cycling.jump rope are good for lose weight.and it's very important to maintain healthy diet...good luck

HIIT workouts always prove very effective. There are some on here or you can just search on YouTube. Keep up the great work!

You might be excising your abs, but if your body will not necessarily take fat from your belly. Your main aim should be to get to less than 10% body fats to get abs (or was it 5-6% maybe. Forgot the chart). Therefore, it does not matter to work directly on the abs. And in most cases where you try to reduce your waist line, by working the abs you build abdominal muscles and so your waist increases (so don't get disheartened). Compound exercises like deadlift and squats , cardio like elliptical  help in burning more calories and it'll help in reducing those fats.
