Hi ladies
I have excess skin at my belly because I gained weight quickly when I was pregnant.. I am losing the weight now but I can't get rid of the excess skin..
Is there a solution other than the plastic surgery?

Same with me, but I've never been pregnant I just have a colon disease than bloats my belly all the time, hope someone knows what to do with this excess skin.

If you find out let me know...I had twins, still have skin on my,would be, flat stomach :(

http://www.muscleforlife.com/how-to-get-rid-of-loose-skin-after-weight-loss/ I read this article and it helped me. I eat better and I don't starve myself because when you do you loose muscle that way leaving your fat behind
