I have gained 20kgs from my pregnancy. Two months later, i have a green light from the doctor to work out.
I have already lost 10kg and would love to loose the remaining 10 and maybe even 15kg.
Any moms here? Who wants to join me on this journey?
Sure why not. I had my son 2 years ago, but haven't really had the time for me. Other women tell me I look great, but I am still unhappy with my physical apperance. I would like to lose at least 15lbs. I know a lot of it for me is diet. I don't eat a lot, I don't eat a lot of unhealthy foods, but I do tend to skip meals and snack on unhealthy snacks. So I am in. I have lost 2 lbs in the past 2.5 weeks just from leaving my job and snacking less.
