Seems alot of ladies have It I myself do too. Perfect exercise for it I do donkey kicks with ankle weights I workout my lower body alot!! And it reduces but it won't go away.. has anyone gotten rid of it can u share ur tips please there is a whole community out here with cellus

Squat with overhead press and coffee + Olive oil scrub worked for me! Best of luck!

I'm running more now I'm noticing some difference but I'm still not satisfied even when I ran 16 miles a day I still had them my mother has them really bad I don't want my legs to look like hers

Also look I to dry brushing. It is great for your body and helps reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Strength training will help. You have to lower your body fat %. You will probably still see stretch marks if you have those (I do and I definitely don't expect them to go away), but they will fade. Or You can find  Maxi Climber machine http://jonsguide.org/best-top-maxi-climber-reviews/ on Amazon for $200 that folds up and hides under your bed or in a closet when you're not using it. Hop on it for the duration of a TV show and it'll twerk out your butt and thighs.
