Breakfast: 1 bowl of Cinnamon toast crunch w/soymilk

Snack: scrambled eggs with handful of spinach, tomato, onion, dash of salt and pepper, (1 egg) , 10 oz coke

Lunch: 18oz steamed carrots and broccoli, with dash of salt

Snack: frozen grapes

Dinner: 1 personal pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeno pizza 3 cinnamon twist, 2 (10 oz) soda

Snack: grapes

Snack: 1 10 oz bottle soymilk, 1 nature valley granola bar, 1/2 cliff energy bar

Lunch: 1 bagel sandwich (Turkey, cheese, tomato, onion, avocado), 20oz water

Snack: 1 chocolate crusant, 1 lemon pound cake, 1 tall green tea (all from Starbucks

Dinner: 1 piza sandwich, 10 mini garlic cheese bread, 3 cups French soda
