Working out during pregnancy

Okay so i just had a baby 3 months ago and i just found I'm pregnant AGAIN! AHH I've been trying really hard to shed off the 45lbs i gained and i only lost 9 :( and now that I'm pregnant again idk what I'm all able to do. ??? Help

Eat healthy and only water or low fat milk a personal trainer once told me I could jog but as long as it didn't hurt or walk a lot it didn't matter he also told me to squat that it would help when delivering the baby... I did only gained a few pounds my second time around I got pregnant 4 months after I had my first. I had cesarean though so I had to wait a while
