How does everyone keep their motivation? I have a lot of issues staying on track with my workouts. I try to exercise at least 3 times a week but with going to school full time, working full time and having my family, it is extremely hard for me. Any tips or ideas?
Well first I would say stop letting yourself believe it's hard because of this or that. I know I sound harsh but it's the truth. The truth is we all have busy lives. I myself work close to 60 hours a week on a split shift schedule, it's an intense physical/mental job, I have a 3 year son, a spouse. Not to mention friends and family whom I keep close and fit them in my life as well. Is there some trick? No. Is it easy? F**k no! would I rather drink a beer at home and watch some mind numbing tv on days that are really rough? You bet your ass. But I keep going, I want to be the strongest, fastest bad ass I can be. And I will not let myself justify excuses. Sorry if I sounded rude. Best of luck to you.
