Dont want to bulk up my bottom

Hi:) I have a treadclimber that has been collecting dust and have recently decided to start moving my butt....so I've been doing some workouts here and was thinking of using the treadclimber for more cardio.... a friend advised me this weekend that I ( a girl with junk in her trunk and thunder thighs ) should NOT use it BC it will bulk me up and make hips and thighs bigger....just wondering if that's true....?

No, cardio should make you lose fat on your body

Also try out some HIIT workouts on here, that's the best type of cardio if you wanna lose weight
