Six pack

I'm really trying to get toned and gain a six pack for the summer. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as what to do specifically with workouts?

belly fat is pretty stubborn.

that being said, a toned belly can be done! stick with a super clean diet, (whole grains only, loads of veggies and fruit), and do ab exercises to help sculpt those muscles.

but like i said before, getting a 6 pack will be extremely difficult and you probably wont have one by the summer.

oh woops, forgot to add in that you also need to do tons of cardio! cardio is the best way of burning the fat away, so running, elliptical, the stair master, biking is all great. though i recommend HIIT within 2 weeks i found a huge difference in my stomach.

Yeah I would have to agree interval training (h.i.i.t) is the most effective way to shred fat and keep muscle. It's working great for me. Very difficult at the start but once you get your fitness up it gets easier.

Try doing the abs workout, start initially with the easy ones, All the best!
