Hi im a newbie here. Honestly this is my first time working out. Im kind of skinny, flat chested and butted. Now i decided to do some exercise to gain weight and have a better body since im near to early 20s already. I was wondering if you guys can help me as you can see im too lazy to exercise and since im also studying i dont have much time. So im looking for a motivation and work-out-friends so i wont be going lazy everytime ill try working out
If you are already saying you don't have time because of your studies, just wait til your near 30s, full time job, add 2 full trip commutes, and don't even get me started on having your own family. See where I'm going with this. And sorry, no one on here is going to tell you hey get your ass up and wo. I mean if you want I'll pm u everyday saying that, but I don't think it'll make a difference. My advice to you is choose a goal and stick with it.
