Getting back on track with a new goal
Hi all. I've been away from the community (and from working out) for quite some time but I want to get back on track and I need some advice because my goals are different this time around. Before I mainly wanted to lose weight, not much focus on building muscle. And I did! I got somewhere I was happy with and kept it up for awhile. I liked how I looked and felt confident but sometimes I'd see an older picture of myself and miss the thick thighs and big butt I used to have! Still, I kept up with my routine. But eventually I slacked and the slacking lasted. I've put my old weight back on and I was alright with it for a while but Id like a change. Only this time I want to keep my big butt and thighs while toning them and flattening my stomach. Problem is I don't know quite how to go about doing that seeing as my last routine made me too small for my liking. I guess you could say Im going for the elusive #teamthickfit haha. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
