How do you guys receive motivation?

I follow many fitness pages, and along with this I have a weekly goal in mind. This meaning that if I tell myself I am going to work out 4 days this week, even if I am not really up for it, I will do it anyway. Set small goals and work towards attaining those then create more. It is the small milestones that will keep you going. Motivate yourself in a positive way with positive reinforcement. Good luck
