On 28th June im running a 5k colour run. You dont have to run it, but im choosing to run as it is with tge air cadwts and i domt want to appear unfit. Any tips? I dont have enough time to do a couch to 5k thinghelp
Do you exercise at all? 5k isn't that bad, don't really need much training for it. My suggestion you carb load the night before.
Start running daily going as far as you fell comfortable and then increase daily pushing your body just a little but more each day.
