No matter how much i wrkout .. out f the time i get.. i dont feel good... i feel my muscles getting tighter bt in the same size..

You need to burn fat. No matter how much you workout, your shape won't get revealed if you have that extra layer of fat. So start sweating. Just add some cardio workout in your daily routine.
