Does anyone on here waist train? If so, is it working for you? Any tips and tricks?

it helps i wont lie but it is only recommended for 2 months or 3 at the most by doctors research again im positive u will find it... but it helps post partum i wore a full bod corset for 2 months it helped alot but it doesnt burn fat lol gives a nice shape though good luck girly and dont do it all day and all night choose one u know.

Try leg raise and when you raise your leg during workout add a trick... Just raise your upper limp along with your legs... Your core will burn out hell.... And do regular workouts for side waist nd try lower back bridges for lower back

I've heard that before. I did my research and so far none of the articles I found have been back doctors or medical findings. I haven't actually tried it yet but I just wanted to see if worked for anyone else. Thanks for article tho

I didn't do full on waist training but I did sleep with lotion and saran wrap around my waist and it actually got smaller. I didn't do more than 3 nights but hope that helps. I felt like it was better than wearing the whole corset and work in out in a corset.

I do sit-ups and crunches on the home gym.  I can also do pilates with a fitness band. I can do crunches on the stabilty ball and other waist training exercises on videos I have uploaded on the computer.  A great way to lose inches off your waist.
