hey when u feel like quiting, just think about your dream body.
I pushed myself this whole summer. now I crave workouts.
just keep doing it. if it gets easier then ur getting stronger so push harder :)
my fav quote that always gets me working is "draw strength from yourself".
buuuut, another good way to get motivation is keeping a journal about how you feel, making videos about your journey, taking measurements,pictures etc....something that you can use you track all the progress you've made! :)
