What do you bring to drink to the gym? Just water or do you bring something else?
Generally plain old water and lots of it.
I generally drink a shake after my workout but sometimes I take it with me.
I can't afford protein powder so my shake consists of
a quarter cup of yogurt
a half cup of almond milk
a handful of blueberries
a few raspberries
2 tablespoons of raw hemp seeds 1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seed meal and two ice cubes that consist of ground up spinach and beet greens.
I'm workin out mostly at home now... I drink water with Forever Fiber, as cold as I can.
i used to drink water mixed with powerade or something similar because my boxing workouts had me really sweating out too much, but now I've found a better option in these dissolving tablets called "nuun" i drop into my water
When I'm not going really hard i just drink water.
