i fell last night on my stairs and literally went on my ass down all the stairs my tailbone is really bruised and i think i slept wrong i can't turn my head at all can i do some exercise still? i can't bend or really sit will stretches help ease my pain i don't want to stay in bed and i don't have painkillers. my partner had to go work but cleaned the house before he left
You should just rest for now. Exercise with an injury is difficult and way more likely to cause further injury as you end up compensating for the injury in weird ways. If things don't improve you prob need to see a doctor. In a day or two cautiously and slowly try stretching workouts or yoga.
I think u relax and ice down in football when we're sore we take ice baths and they work wonders but just relax u don't want to make it worse and be out longer
