I am struggling on what exercises I should do to get a bigger booty! I recently lost about 30 lbs and with it most of my butt! Lol. Please help me I've never had a big butt, and now I practically have no butt!
Squats (there are many variations but you could do standard bodyweight squats and still notice a difference in a few weeks), lunges, rear leg raise, there are so many but squats are prob what most ppl do
For variety look in the skimble database under
exercises > muscle > glute max
and of course under
exercises > muscle > butt
Im going through the same issue! I have lost a total of 42lbs and with that i lost most of my butt and boobs :( Ive been doing any and every butt/leg workout (mostly squats) and its definitely helping!
