Hello everyone, I was a bit active here over a year ago until i found out i was pregnant again. ive pretty much been pregnant for two years now lol and i need some advice on how to target my tummy. i really like running but since i have two babies under two i cant necessarily go to the park when i please and the gym is a no go. im a stay at home mom. can i get some advice on how to lose this Pudge? maybe a work out regiment? any and all opinions welcome. Thank you!

You can do some HIIT exercises at home with a diet and green tea pills should help

Try changing  up your diet  as well as your exercise routine  for your core. What type of exercises  are u doing?

You can do lot of cardio exercises at home. Check online. There are lot of videos online. Carefully eat but don't starve since you need to feed babies too:-)
