Hello everyone, I was a bit active here over a year ago until i found out i was pregnant again. ive pretty much been pregnant for two years now lol and i need some advice on how to target my tummy. i really like running but since i have two babies under two i cant necessarily go to the park when i please and the gym is a no go. im a stay at home mom. can i get some advice on how to lose this Pudge? maybe a work out regiment? any and all opinions welcome. Try changing up your diet as well as your exercise routine for your core. What type of exercises are u doing?
