So its been way way way too long since ive been on here. Ive gained ALOT of weight from from being stressed and depressed and I also just had a beautiful baby girl about four months ago. Im embarrassed to say this but. I went from being 190 to 235 and I am so dissappointed. I wake up diguested everyday. Been working out every night after work for three days now and Im feeling really good and energized!! Looking for any body that wants to take this journey together and motivate eachother. :)
