So its been way way way too long since ive been on here. Ive gained ALOT of weight from from being stressed and depressed and I also just had a beautiful baby girl about four months ago. Im embarrassed to say this but. I went from being 190 to 235 and I am so dissappointed. I wake up diguested everyday. Been working out every night after work for three days now and Im feeling really good and energized!! Looking for any body that wants to take this journey together and motivate eachother. :)

Hello everyone. Im glad we're all coming together to help motivate eachother on our journey. How's everyone doing so far!!?? Ive been watching my calorie intake and making sure I burn more then I eat. I feel A LOT more energized, especially with two kids, then I've ever been!!

I have a toddler and a work so I have to wake up really early to exercise. I am doing well with my eating and workout so far :)

I understand about stress and weight gain. I just sold my house. No choice and I felt so bad. I need to work out this grief involved and get to back working out

I'm trying to lose weight too. Eat healthier majority of the week and establish workout routine.
