Hey I'm new and I'm mainly a dancer I was wondering how to get ya know a bigger lower body part cuz I'm like super twiggy

One can't exactly direct weight in certain places but focus on lower body workouts to increase muscle mass to make your lower body less twiggy , get in the required protein and yeah... all the best
