What do you ussually eat for breakfast?

Tea with two wheat grain parantha ( bread) and what you take usually

I usually eat a home-aid sower dough pancake with fruit.

Zucchini pancakes or all plant based protein or pancakes with water and lemon.

Omelet with 3 eggs. With 2 slices of chicken filet for on bread and 15 grams of cheese. With 2 slices of bread.

Togheter with 2 cups of coffee.

Sorry 30 grams of cheese. Gives the following macros: 40 grams of protein. 20 grams of fat and arround 30 grams of carbs. And 480 kcals.

I do two scrambled eggs in brown rice on top of spinach with Black coffee and coconut oil all the time for breakfast!

3:30am - protien smoothie w/ banana or berries 
 4:30am - oatmeal 1 cup 
6:00am - banana 
9:00am - 4 eggs 2 pieces whole grain bread 1 mandiran orange 
11:00am - 1 banana
12:00am - 1 serving of whatever was for dinner and 1 mandiran orange
2:00pm - 1 Apple 
4:00pm - 1 Apple 
6:00pm - 1 serving of whatever my awesome wife makes for dinner 
8:30pm - 1 protien shake or smoothie 
10:30pm/ 11:00pm - possibly another banana or protien drink depending on the workout I do that night. 

   I may eat different fruits at different times this was just the easiest way to write it down. Also I only follow this through the week and on the weekends I like to change it up a little to keep my metabolism up. I also drink lots of water and probably 4 cups of coffee a day but no alcohol or any sodas.

Either bread with a sweet topping (nutella, marmelade, peanutbutter and banana, ...), oatmeal with apple and cinnamon or a bowl of cereal.

My breakfast not  low-calorie . Most of calories I eat for breakfast. My breakfast goal is to get a good combo of fiber, protein, and a little healthy fat

peanut butter & banana on whole grain bread

steel cut oats with a diced apple, chopped walnuts, and some plain Greek yogurt

cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with some fruit

Also I like pancakes and donuts. Since my friends gave me donut make I can stop and cooking offen with different flavors. Except flour I use oatmeal

And to much coffe !!

I just had 3 eggs and my new fav kodiak cakes flapjack mix protien pancakes.
