Omelet with 3 eggs. With 2 slices of chicken filet for on bread and 15 grams of cheese. With 2 slices of bread.
Togheter with 2 cups of coffee.
I do two scrambled eggs in brown rice on top of spinach with Black coffee and coconut oil all the time for breakfast!
Just some toasts with marmalade
Either bread with a sweet topping (nutella, marmelade, peanutbutter and banana, ...), oatmeal with apple and cinnamon or a bowl of cereal.
My breakfast not low-calorie . Most of calories I eat for breakfast. My breakfast goal is to get a good combo of fiber, protein, and a little healthy fat
peanut butter & banana on whole grain bread
steel cut oats with a diced apple, chopped walnuts, and some plain Greek yogurt
cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with some fruit
Also I like pancakes and donuts. Since my friends gave me donut make I can stop and cooking offen with different flavors. Except flour I use oatmeal
And to much coffe !!
