Bigger butt on a vegetarian diet?

I've been a vegetarian for 4 years now. I just recently joined the gym and I'm trying to work on my butt at home. What are some easy exercises I can do to gain muscle in the booty area without machines? Also, what are the best veggies to eat for protein?

Well, if you have some dumbells, you can do squats with these to gain some butt muscle. Also, try regular squats, pop squats, jump squats, donkey kicks, hip thrusts. As for the protein question, I'm no vegetarian and don't know much about vegetarian diets, but I don't think veggies have much protein. You can try adding nuts and legumes, though, as these have healthy fat and protein. Maybe adding a powder protein supplement can help as well. Hope it helps! Feel free to ask any more questions!

If you are a vegetarian protein intake is really important if you want to build some muscle. If I were you it's wise to read some more into this.

It's way to much information to post in a post here. But I will post some links for you to read and get an understanding for yourself.
