Hi guys, I have been using skimble off and on for a few years.... More off than on I am ashamed to admit but since last year I've been wanting to change habits I have like being lazy. So starting now I have not a new years resolution but a lifetime resolution. I want to experience so much and being fit is one of them. So my work out goal is to be toned all over but without being very muscular. I personally don't find that feminine for myself. I do need some motivation to stay on the fit life journey so any ladies with the same goals or a motivational person that's willing to keep me on track I welcome. Thank you guys.

I havw the same goals and im a beginner after 4 years with no sport at all. I want to learn/better my yoga i have started in late dexember feel free to follow me

I have the same goal! I'm totally here to support you. I'm starting out small, like doing arm reps with five pound weights and just doing excerces at home (you can even use a chair!). Just doing that 5-15 minutes a day, I've noticed my arms are a lot more toned and even my legs and core. I'm working up to doing more. I've actually used Pinterest to find workouts I can do at home because I don't have the money for a gym subscription due to being a college student right now. FYI: You are NOT likely to get "very muscular." The women who are work very, very, very HARD to get that way.

I've also been on and mostly off skimble for a few years... I decided today to get back into shape, got a 3 months gym membership and I'm back here. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I'll be here if you need support!
