Hi,
I'm a 35 years old woman from belgium.
I used to be quite sporty but now i'm having another Job and I sit most of the day.
I played volleyball, powertraining but Because of a knie enjuring I must be smart. Anyone who has a good weightloss program? Just let Me know

I would look In workouts and search for low impact. There are a lot of different mat exercises to choose from! Hope this helps! Good luck on your journey.

Any low impact cardio will help, (inclined walking, treadmil walks/fast walks) find a exercise machine you like or hiking trail and get after it just always always work within the limits of your injury. Also, having a stand up desk will help aid in posture and burning a tad more throughout the day, I'm not sure how it would effect your injury though.
