HELP!' need help getting rid of "HIP DIPS", wider hips, and best way to get rid of little fat in obliques

Okay so I'd like to first off start by saying I just started working out no more than 6 weeks ago. The last two weeks I only made it 2 days each week to the gym, since I bartend at night, have a day job, and I'm a mom. I have so much going on and so little time BUT I would like to learn about certain workouts that really hit the gluteus medius and minimis so that I can get rid of the "violin hips".

Also working at night and having to deal with these clientele leaves me downing a few drinks(I'm always sober but man, i really need a buzz when dealing with these people just to smile). With that said I try my hardest not to eat junk since I would like to tone my abs, make my butt much more bigger and muscular and not to mention these annoying HIP DIPS (ladies you know what I'm talking about) oh and this "baby fat" although sooooo little they bother me.

Anyway I know this thread is everyplace but I did want to mention my ehhhhh subpar eating habits,not having time with a full time job, a part time job, being a parent and still trying to squeeze the gym in. Is there any way to get rid of these hip dips with certain excersizes that focus on just the gluteus medius and minimus along with any squats that just isolate the gluteus period?

Any help is always appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Erica, Time is valuable when it comes to how long you hold each rep at the top, but luckily for you there are some key exercises that you can do at home to solve your problem If building a bootylicious Bottom is something you want to start working on immediately please let me know and we can get started at your convenience
