My name is Tangela & I'm new at this. Does anyone have any good pointers I should know?
I should mention  that I am 46 yrs old & a widow now for 3 yrs. I am not looking to loose weight,  because  at approximately 5'2" I weight just 95 lbs. I am actively  trying to gain weight, but I need help with toning, shaping & strengthening. I do have a little bit of an issue in the tummy area & the lower part of my buttocks. Anyone  have any suggestions? I know it's not going to happen over night, but I would love to be able to see results fast!
PLEASE HELP!!
