Any Mommys over 30 trying to loose weight?

Any ladies over 30? I'm 33 with an 18 month old baby. I had a cecarean and hernia, baby was in NICU for 7 weeks. O gained alot of weight and need to loose it! I'm getting married and I want to feel beautiful walking down the isle. Anybody want to be accountability buddies :)

38 here.  Absolutely trying to lose weight and it's just getting harder everyday, as I get older.  Had lost almost 50 pounds back in 2011, then got pregnant with my third.  Gained it all back and have been struggling to get the weight back off.  So here we go again, starting over!

Right now it's hard to get out there, we've been having snow for the past two weeks, which is not normal for the Hampton Roads area, kind of put a hold on my walks......which I love to do. Walking a track in a gym is boring for me...like the change in scenery (my ADHD). Been doing ball exercises and some stair climbing in my house to keep active and from going stir crazy.

Might be a stupid question, but how do you add a work out to the calendar if you've already done the workout?  It seems like you can only add a workout when you start doing it not after.  Wanted o log in my hour and a half walk/jog today, but I can't seem to get it to add to the calendar in the app.

Go to the workout you want to record and under the title, there should be a few options. One should say something like "Log Session"... that's how I log something I did outside the app (2 mile run just now)
