Excess fat

I am 21 years old and when I was 17/18 I had a better shape, I have never been on my "ideal weight" according to a nutritionist, but now I am over 12kg over it and I am starting to see so much fat on my legs, arms and belly, what I am more worried about my health because I have high cholesterol and triglycerides levels.

I know I have to change my diet and I started with this app just today. My goal is to use it 4 times a week.

Any suggestions? Tips? Anything?

Hey Maria Jose, you should set yourself some achievable goals for you, so you keep yourself motivated. Definitely you should start with including more walking into your daily activities if you are not doing it yet for a start. Then, follow the active people on here, so you get into a community of people working out regularly. Find yourself a sport or activity that you enjoy doing, that is important so you also have fun. I am sure you will succeed! Remember the will is 50% of the success already, which you have, so well done and keep it up! 😊
