In Need of Motivation

I'm 51 and in that dreadful menopausal stage. I have no motivation but I need to lose weight before it really gets out of hand. Can someone please help?!!

Hey.. i think thinking of changing yourself at 51, is a great in itself.. but, i know sometimes external motivation is required.. even my motivation comes from a 59 year old guy.. CT Fletcher.. you can check his videos on YouTube..

CT fletcher.. had open heart surgery.. now had a full heart transplant.. and still going..
I dont think this is more drastic than menopause.. if i am wrong than i am sorry.. i am a guy.. but the thing os to keep going.. and look for longer goals.. adding 1 rep every week is a great progress.. that just working out 1 day and not for another month..

Check out this extremely helpful book: Menopause Without Weight Gain by Debra Waterhouse. There should be a book club for this one! 😊

Hi Shan. I totally get that motivation issue. I'm almost 55 and struggle with depression and ADD. I am refocusing on health and many days just getting started is a struggle. Telling myself to just move or to do two minutes of a chosen exercise can sometimes get me off the couch.
