Remember weight loss is 25% exercise and 75% diet. Completely change the way you eat. Cook up healthy meals, incorporating more fruits and vegetables. And throw away those sodas and sweetened drinks. They make up a quarter of an average person's daily calorie intake.
Remember little things do help in weight loss. If you can't jump into high intensity workouts yet, start by changing your lifestyle. Walk instead of taking the car for short distances. Take the stairs. Stand instead of sitting.
I guarantee these little things add up and you'll find the weight dropping off.
Be persistent though. Temptation is everywhere.
