How to get a gap between ur upper legs and butt

Hey Hope :-) so youve probably heard this before, but you cannot spot reduce. Once you start losing fat on your body, it can come from anywhere and everywhere. But I would start with cardio or some HIIT. You should also do strength training to tone the thigh muscles, while you burn the fat off. Also, make sure you are drinking enough water, and are eating right! 😄

I hate how near upper legs and butt my legs are touching each other so I am trying to lose my upper leg fat any suggestions
