I would say this program for week but I been working out n generall for 3 weeks..eating habit isn't bad at all..I think I need more water and eat more often? Want six pak and toned legs..legs most important

Yes nut I haven't in a week. U was so focuses on program..I think I will do my cardio videos..u think hour of cardio good? Or less?

Well i personally do at least 3 or 4 cardio sessions a week. If im doing high intense interval training bka HIITs, i do no more than 40 mins. If its regular aerobic cardio, an hour or hour and half per day of session.
