I always say listen to your body and what its telling you with food. Try to eat fruit and veg everyday and start with a good breakfast like oats but aslong as your training and getting enough vitamins you will be fine. Plenty of water aswell whilst training and after but if i want sweets etc then i listen to my bodies craving, just train a little harder next time. For your protein white meat is very good like chicken and although put the downer on pasta due to carbs its a great energy storing food when eaten in moderation.
