Regrettably I'm a smoker, cutting back 5 cigs every other day in attempt to wean myself off them :-) patch didn't work for me lol

Consistency is my biggest bad habit! I work out hard one week then one day next week then take two weeks off idk why and procrastination

Eating ice cream wayyyy too much. I'm pretty sure I have a bowl every night. It just motivates me more to keep up with my workouts. If I work out I can have it. If I don't it sucks.

Im a routine person..if i lost my daily routine, every thing falls apart..
my bad habit is that im an emotional eater..put anything infront of me when im mad or sad &...BOOM it disapers
thats why i keep healthy snaks(vegi-fruits-a box of bran cereal)around me..
im also a light sleeper so 4-5hours
